- We found Angel to be very helpful. He provided great information and suggestions but wasn't at all pushy. He helped us to select the appropriate sized unit and suggested purchasing bags to wrap mattresses. I can see where a ramp is impossible on the larger set of stairs but it would be extremely helpful if the smaller set of steps to the second level were were a ramp.
