- Unit and facility are clean, not far from the highway. Staff, especially Janelle, were great. I found the online setup complicated, and I didn't like that they make you pay $19.99 for a lock and then you have to contact them to return it for a refund. My access code came via email and I was able to use the keypad for access. However, you're supposed to back into a loading dock, using the phone app to open the gate. That didn't work for me. The phone needed to be a foot or two from the sensor, which meant that I could not use the app from inside the car and had to use the keypad instead. Also, it's not clear on the app which of the various doors and gates is the one you want to open. They should put a physical label on each gate so you know which one to select.

- FYI The 800 # desk people databases are not in sync with what the inventory is for available spaces onsite. I was assigned space 1)overhead and out of reach and 2)much smaller than requested. Once assigned new spaces, I found one was not sufficient and I had to take on a 2nd space. I moved everything over to a larger unit 10x23 from 10x15 expecting additional room so I could drop the 5x8 space. Not. The 10x23 must have been 23ft ceiling because the space was identical and the second unit could not be dropped. Everyone is very nice onsite but the headache is nt worth it.

- Deb was extraordinary. We have rented from you for almost 5 years being among the first ! We finally were able to downsize to a12.5 x 10. We learned quite abruptly that a first floor unit of this size was available on the last day of the month. Very quickly we had to vacate one and then move into the other- we were leaving town by 3 that same afternoon. Deb was expediant, knowlegeable, proficient and therefore extremely helpful. We truly appreciated it very much. Maybe she was trained by Ashley who was also very customer oriented and caring. The place overall was clean, well organized and managed. We continue to be impressed......and grateful.

- Customer service and local management are very decent at this location. I lost an oriental rug to moths in our open storage spot there a number of years ago and was never compensated by your insurance. After that I refused to pay insurance as we have our own homeowners policy, which I emailed to you. In the past year, the insurance has once again been tacked on, which I truly resent. I lost a rug worth thousands of dollars due to moths coming into our stage area, from another storage area. Hours are convenient and the management there is very helpful.
