- Ms. Lashonda was very kind and sweet when she helped me get my online reservation in the store. Helped me save a few bucks and take care of it all in a few minutes. Update- 2-13-17 I have had this unit for over a year and everyone has been very nice and helpful the only thing i would recommend is that you get a inside unit due to a Black Widow problem... It did make me a bit worried but i got over it kinda quick"note-i had a unit that had open spots on the floor leading outside so it was going to happen no matter what." All and all this was well worth the time and money i spent on it. Thanks for all the great service.
