- the staff at the public storage is wonderful, they take you through all the steps including getting insurance for it. which gives you some peace of mind about your stuff and the replacement value. The unit is exactly what is advertised I was glad to see that it went up vertical more than 5 feet also. but online it said that I could get it for 30$ and then when I got there you got it for 45$. now it said online special but you don't buy a storage facility online and then go see it, it's the other way around. there is no pictures of the spaces online only dimensions. but overall the place is nice well cared for and the people that run the site are great.

- Reserved unit online Friday and went through paperwork and moved items in on Saturday. Process was quick and easy. Robert was very helpful and informative. They do say"Truck available" to move your items. That is somewhat misleading. They have ONE truck and availability is limited. Overall - moving in was a very good experience.

- Never have I had a more enjoyable experience renting a storage unit. Raven checked me out and she was sensational! I don't think even people working at Disney are this cheerful and friendly!! As far as the actual units - they are extremely clean and well secured. You need an access code to open the gate to even get into the storage unit area and they monitor all the comings and goings as well as provide insurance on your items. Very impressed and satisfied.
