- I didn't know what storage place I should use. After looking online I chose this one. Sam was the one who signed me up. She took the time to go over everything with me. All with a smile on her face. She walked me to my unit and showed me where the carts were for moving heavy things. I had to come back a couple weeks later and was having trouble getting my lock off. Sam took time to walk to my unit and help me get the lock off. All the time with a smile on her face. I am here today and she remembered me and came to help me with the lock. She even remembered that I hadva neck brace on last time I was here from having surgery. I no longer have the brace on and she asked how I am doing since the surgery. It's the small things that make the world a happy place. Sam went above and beyond her duties. I will recommend Public Storage to any and everyone. Great job Sam!! And thank you so very much.
