- I received nothing but great service from the first time I made contact. After applying online I received a phone to welcome me and answer questions. I went the following day to look at the units and was shown the sizes I was interested in. Maurice was super friendly and courteous, and answered all of my questions. The rate for the size unit I got was the best rate I found after researching several facilities in the area. I would definitely recommend them!

- I had to pay an additional fee to the moving company to store my belongings overnight due to my unit being locked without my knowledge. I understand the policy of having to lock the units overnight however, this was never mentioned to me nor is it listed in my contract. If I were made aware I needed to provide a lock that day I would've done so. I called customer service and they were unable to locate where it states in my contract the unit will be locked by the facility if a lock is not placed the day of move in. I called the manager at this location Thomas Menard and received a voicemail...After moving my belongings out of the storage unit I was able to speak with Tom in person. He understood my frustration and waived my final bill due to the miscommunication. I appreciated the customer service provided by him and his staff!!
