Someone is still calling, 3 days after I'm still getting calls to confirm my reservation. I have the unit number, access code and lock combination. I think my Reservation has been confirmed.

- I made an appointment with them a week before I moved in and reserved a truck but then they called me the night before with no record of the appointment or booking my truck and the guy couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be there in the morning due to staffing issues and said there were no trucks available. Luckily he was able to move things around to accommodate me but had to rush getting my furniture moved because we could only have the truck for 4 hours.
