- The facility is clean, secure and well laid out. However, I was quoted one price and charged more when I moved in. I had to prove the lower amount was quoted as they would not take my word for it. I also was told by Tom on the phone that rate hikes would be minimal about every 6 months. Then on check-in, Schuyler told me to expect 15% increases regularly. I paid almost $1,000 to move from one facility to another because of unreasonable rate hikes (39% in one year) so this is a major concern of mine. Before moving, Tom assured me they did not have rate hikes like that but more in the 3-5% range.
