I received a call from a worker and I apologized for the mix up. I told her I was leaving a bad situation and she offered to give me a discount due to my situation. She then went over everything on the phone processed my payment and sent over the paperwork all within 20 minutes. I appreciated the quick service as I had to be discrete and appreciated he kindness even more. The only down fall is the units are not 24/7 accessible which causes some issue trying to get my things moved after work which is the only time i can safely do so. Otherwise it's a great place to store your things.
