- Web site stated gate closing 11pm. A bit after 10pm one night I needed to exit, but my code wouldn't work due to after hours access only. I'd have been stuck were it not for someone entering the facility. I complained and was told to get an after hours code, but I had already requested this and was told only businesses are allowed that amenity. They also put me into collections after I notified them by e-mail I was moving out. I looked back in my e-mail and no one attempted to contact me about paying my bill so I assumed they must have received my move out notice. The next contact was from collections. Overall absolute worst experience EVER with a storage facility!

- Derreck was very accommodating, efficient, and thorough. Within minutes upon entering, I felt I had made the correct decision to do business with this company. As the employees are a direct reflection of the business. If Derrick was applying to work at a company in which was the person hiring. I wouldn't let him out the door without an offer. Also, if roles were reversed, I would be humbled to work for and or with. In today's business world you have to strive to be better than everyone else every single second of everyday. Keep up the good work. I know easier said than done but it is what it is.
