When she contacted me i was on a break from work and advised her that i had little time to talk ... she asked me what time i got off and that she could make an appt at that time tonspeak with me and help me make a decision . I appreciate the fact that she was considerate of my time . When i arrived it was just the same. She showed me around and made sure that i was aware of all the policies and procedures . Melanie truly sold me . I wasn't really worried about storage facility more of the service i would receive. I really think that this partnership will work . - We choose this facility because of it's location to our house and also the price was good. Got a small break by renting it online. Make sure you bring your house insurance declaration page to the office. It will save you the $10 a month insurance fee. We also brought our own padlock which saves another $10 or $20. As a plus, the person in the office was great. She was nice, friendly, helpful and efficient.
