- Rented online through Sparefoot but when it came up with the confirmation the price was more than quoted. Midgard actually called me to confirm the rental and to make sure everything was ok before I could even contact them. They sorted out the pricing with no issues at all. We moved in and service was still excellent in person. Everything was explained to us and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

- I am happy with the cost for unit size and the look of the facility it feels very modern and sleek. The second floor area is quite confusing to navigate, I will have to memorize the location of my unit. Signs or markers would be very helpful in navigating the area. Also I am happy there are employees there on Saturday but having just one means you have to sit around and wait for a while if they get a phone call or tied up with a client.

- Finally I found a location that's clean both the store itself as well as the units. If you despise moving the way I do and you want things to go as smooth as possible come to this location. I was greeted by Jennifer she was fast, knowledgeable and professional. Some people hate there jobs but she had a true passion for what she does. you don't find that type of service anymore in Orlando . I called my sister right away and told her to move her stuff to this storage also. I was really worry about the cost but Jennifer gave me plenty of options which really put my mind at ease. Never again will I waste my time and money going anywhere else. Thank you Jennifer for caring and treating me like I was VIP!!
