We’ve all had nothing but great experiences with this place. The management team goes above and beyond for their clients I would suggest this place to anyone the price is beat everyone It’s very simple signing up with them and they’re always there to help some of the nicest customer service I’ve ever seen at any of the places I’ve ever gone as a business owner customer service is here and I can tell you this the team keeps me there. - HORRIBLE! I had a storage unit with Lock-n-Store since 2004, and never had a problem or issue. Due to some changes in my life, and starting over, a payment that was set up on auto-pay with my credit card, some how was declined. Credit card company said so such payments were tried to process and nothing declined. EVERYTHING I owned was auctioned off on 12/19. No notice or communication, and email has always been the same and check that daily even though phone wasn't in place yet. I was in the unit end of October, wasn't locked off, which would have told me something was wrong! Please do not put your valuables in their hands! They feel it's a joke that we choose to pay for storage, thinking it's just junk. It held my life, no joke. Two months, and everything is gone. I will be posting on every message board, everywhere storage facilities are mentioned, will be placing an ad on Craigslist and will not stop. DO NOT USE UNCLE BOB's!!!!

- I rented the unit and after the office closed I was not able to reenter the facility. So I sat outside the gate with all my belongings on a trailer in the rain. I had to find another unit and rent it just to hold my things until I am able to access the one I paid for. I xalled customer service and there code was no good either.
