- Customer service is nice but not helpful. I recently just moved my storage from this facility over to a bigger nicer facility after storing here for months. I needed a bigger unit, Tough! They dont price match (40 bucks more than competitors) I pay a month in advance. Tough! no refunds on paid in advance. (a full month and a couple days) I'll never rent from here again. They care more about your money than your satisfaction.

- I like that they offered a discount for the first month, and had large climate controlled units, which is what I needed. The facility was secure & clean. The only downfall is you must take your storage out on/before the date that you put it in or you will be charged another month's rent - I think there should be a partial month payment option.

- Came in the other day to buy some heavy duty boxes. I was looking for large or extra large but the biggest size they had in stock was medium. Aj was so helpful, she even called another store for me to see if maybe they had them. When they didn't either, I just went ahead and bought 3 heavy duty medium ones, and An informed me I could return any unused boxes if they didn't work out. I left, but came back with in 30 minutes to buy 5 more. They worked perfectly. Thank you Aj. I will definitely be back if I need more or any other packing supplies. Great friendly customer service.
