We love that the unit is larger than what we had under air, the price is less, conditions are cleaner, and the staff is amazing. We love Wendy and she was a key factor in our move. She cares!

- I rented a unit here because it because it had a security gate limiting access to the facility to customers only. The gate has been broken now for well over a month or longer. Made numerous phone calls regarding this and was ignored by the manager at this facility first name Vee. She could care less about security. When I paid on the 1st of September she happened to be at the office so I asked her when the gate would be fixed. Her response was {whenever I call someone out to fix it}.At that point I informed her that I was vacating that unit by the end of the month. THIS FACILITY HAS NO SECURITY AND THE MANAGER COULD CARE LESS.One of the doors on my unit does not close completely and there is a 1" gap under the door.Apparently whenever a leaf blower is used by thier maintenence crew dirt is blown into my unit and everything on that end of mu unit is blasted with dirt and filth.The whole unit reeks of mildew anyway. Way better places to rent I would not recomend this place to anyone. Manager has a serious attitude problem and needs to be fired.I have photos to document this.

- The only things that were good about this place was the unit was swept and the staff who helped me find this location was helful and friendly. Unfortunately, the horrible mouse urine smell was over powering in the building, although they have mouse/rat packets in the units, presumably to control the rodents. I had to inform them the gate door continuously opened and closed. It was also warm and muggy in the climate controlled building. I will not be storing my stuff here.
