- Go to any other storage unit you can find, prices on the website that are the deals, do not match if you go in person and book & nobody will price match it. I needed a large unit and one that was available was in a "climate controlled" building. I loaded my items in there and would come back at least every week with more items and to check things out. Note, this is all of my home and personal belongings while I was finding a home here. In the unit next to me, there began to have a mass puddle of water in front of their door and creeping into their door. I called multiple times because I went multiple days in a row to see that it was still there, the response I got was "we'll make a maintenance request" not one person ever came, not one person from the front desk came to look at it. In that same time period, I made a call saying that the air conditioning was not working and it was cooler outside than in, the response I got was "it doesn't work all the time." I started to unpack my unit this week and there was standing water on the ground, mold and more water leaking in. My mattress is destroyed, I have furniture, destroyed. I have boxes and bins with mold growing on the outside and inside. I went to the front office, they didn't even come to the unit to see the water and take photos or make notes. Their response was, darn that stinks well here's our email and you can send us what happened and we'll try to submit it to insurance.

- I walked in Saturday, July 6, 2024 & 10:00 A.M on the dot. Diana greeted me with a smile and was extremely helpful. I requested to view the unit before I moved in and Diana was delighted to show the Unit to me. She discussed how she expects us to keep the unit clean, confirmed that all elevators were working and showed me how to use the elevators and passcode. Very Easy process and great customer service which is very difficult to find. I moved from Public Storage where my experience was the complete opposite. Thank You Prime Storage for an easy transition Saturday.

- The staff was super helpful in securing a unit for my move, prior to my move from another state. Upon arrival on a Saturday morning, exhausted from traveling all night, Maria was super helpful in completing the paperwork quickly and getting the unit open so my movers could get to work. When I needed a smaller unit, later in the day, Maria again quickly found a smaller unit near my other unit and completed the paperwork for the additional unit without any issues. Very clean and cool and the large elevator and rolling carts on site were so helpful in getting moved in. Thanks!!

- So I got a small storage unit. Told me it would be $25 a month…next month is goes up to $35, then month 3 up to $75. When I inquired why it went up so much I was told $25 was the promotion price. Not once did anyone mention it was a promotion price and it was only for 1 month. Called today to move out and was told that since the day I move out is 2 days into my next billing cycle they would charge me the full month. I do not live in Florida and cannot get there before the next billing cycle!! This is robbery. Most places would prorate. Please ask a lot of ?s and make sure you check everything if you choose to rent here.
