- The facility is secure and location is great. Never a problem with security. However, the roll down doors are starting to really age in that the door bottoms don't prevent debris from entering your rented storage space (i.e.- lawn maintenance blows dirt under the door). Patrick does a great job and is super helpful. I've picked up several nails in my tires over the years in general access areas from contractors storing their open trailers. This is a constant source of irritation and right now, I have a nail in my trailer tire due to other tenants dropping nails off of work trailers. These roofer type contractors always come in and drop nails from open boxes on their open trailers. There are definitely pluses to the location and staff (i.e.-Patrick) but the debris that gets under my roll down door and the nails in the general access areas is a huge negative.
