- can't beat the price i got for a 5x5 but would have liked to have known ahead of time that it was only accessible by ladder so I could have brought someone else to help. turned out fine, i was able to get the items up there by myself. Also would have liked to have know about all the other month or initial fees ahead of time. I would have brought a copy of my home owners insurance so I wouldn't have to take there insurance.i'll bring it for next month so that fee will go away. Still a great deal. Moved in during the week so it was empty. Don't know how busy it is at other times. Conveniently located, clean facility.

- Storquest is about a 10-minute drive from the center of New Haven. The facility is clean, well-organized, and moving into the unit was relatively painless. There are just a couple of people who work there, so beware that getting yourself set-up and moved-in can involve a wait. Also, there was a hidden $20 initial set-up fee that came as a surprise.

- I called ahead to see what was available after checking online. I spoke to Joe, who was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Joe explained what the sizing would look like, so I was able to judge the size of storage I would need. He held the size I chose so that I may go to the site to check it out before renting, which is awesome to do, by the way. I went to the site and met another incredibly helpful and knowledgeable employee, Shakira, who also goes by "Sam". She showed me all of the available storage sizes and I decided on one just a little different than the one I had on hold. I immediately leased the storage unit with Sam, which because of Joe, who did all of the important information online with me, made completing the paperwork with Sam a breeze! The prices for the sizes of the units are incomparable there and the place as a whole is exceptionally clean and safe. I had a wonderful experience at this site!

- I needed to rent a storage unit because I am down sizing due to the loss of my husband. The costumer service agent was knowledgeable about her job, & very helpful. I would of given more star rating however I think it's over priced I have no lighting inside my unit. Also there is a plug outside that doesn't work. Other than that, I am completely satisfied.
