- My entry code did not work Upon arrival. The staff was present that day, so were able to give me a personalized passcode and ensure it worked. However if I had come with a truckload of stuff for first time on a day that no staff were present, it would have been a VERY bad situation. Staff were great but it might've been helpful as a first time to be shown the way into my storage area. Some doors were locked, the door I entered on had signage inside saying it was an emergency exit and an alarm would sound of opened, but did not. Once I figured out the lift I was fine but it took some doing initially. A tour would be very helpful.

- I have never posted a Google review before, but Kim's 5-star service at this Public Storage location made me more than willing to review. She was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, which was obvious as she easily answered my long list of questions. She also gave me the special and showed me the perfect storage locker to hold all of my belongings. The facility is very clean, well lit, and under substantial surveillance. As Kim was ringing me out, there was a problem with the reservation entry only a few minutes before closing. Kim diligently resolved the issue without any complaints, graciously staying more than 15 minutes after closing to ensure everything was correct. I cannot say enough about Kim's demonstrated loyalty to customers and the company. I emphatically recommend her and the Public Storage location at Bull Hill Lane! --Megan

- Good Service, good space, good price. There was a mix up in their system in terms of setting up my initial reservation and auto pay but the customer service is very responsive and kind. I am not sure how often they clean the button key pads during this pandemic so that may be a concern as many people go in and out pressing buttons on the elevator and the loading deck. And often the lighting is very dim on my floor with no ability to activate unless I jump down the hall. Other than that, the space itself is great, easy to use, and straightforward. Love the month to month billing so I have flexibility.

- I would have given a 5 but I did not move my things into the unit nor have I seen the property but my phone experience with the manager at the derby,CT facility was amazing. Rachel was very accommodating in helping me secure a unit as I was out of state for the summer and needed the unit the next day. The friend who moved my things in had no issues and sent me pictures of the unit. It was a very clean 5x5 space with more than enough room for my boxes. The rental prices is reasonable in comparison to all other facilities even with mandatory ins. I'd rent again if I needed to.
