- There are so many things wrong with this facility...it's customer service... The big difference from what is advertised compared to what you get... ... This facility advertises on Sarefoot that is a 24-hour access for business use...it DOES NOT! It is advertised on Sparefoot this this facility offers "contactless move-in"...it DOES NOT! They advertise 5x5 units however after they add the 1/4" thick additional walls inside the 5x5 walls, your remaining space to store your belongings becomes only a meer 4'2.5" x 4'2.5"! This facility would be the last place I would recommend to any of my friends or family and I will only be remaining a customer until my free month is over!

- Horrible experience with the actual facility, not customer service. Was told couldn't do it all on line by rep at the storage unit, had to bring in paper work. Went to facility on day and within hours says office open. No one there called office number no answer. Called customer service line and they said they would connect with on site manager. No answer left another message didn't call back until much later. Guy than gave me his cell phone to contact him next day so we could arrange a time. Next text texted him several times,called and left messages no response. Called customer service line and they said they could do all on line and get pass code. Did that. Go to show up and the space is so small.(was NOT 8 feet) Luckily some one was in office and she said we should have looked at the spot before we said ok. I stayed we tried and no one was here. She said she could give us another spot($1 to transfer it🤦‍♀️) that ended being ok.it has-been a nightmare trying to get it all set up. The parking storage is not clearly marked. Spacing not true ..very frustrating.

- The general appearance of the facility office was run down. It appeared to be an unused building from the exterior. Inside the merchandise and office was tidy, but bugs filled the windows and the bathroom lacked supplies. The staff, Angie, was efficient and informative. She made sure to inform me of the additional cost of their cylinder lock system ahead of my scheduled appointment. The storage unit I rented was not swept and I as charged $10 for a mattress cover to "create a seal on the bottom of the door". I was not asked if like to buy the cover, it was assumed. I think if it's necessary to use these extra measures the facility needs to be repaired or the mattress cover should be complimentary. Also there was lighting to my unit but is not functional, with apparently no intention to repair it. However the newer doors on the unit glided easily, were simple to use and were in my opinion superior to standard storage doors even though they require a cylinder lock to function. The security of the facility is predicated on their gate system. However, even with the key pad gate, cylinder locks, security cameras and on-site management you are not allowed access to your unit 24 hours (only 6am-9pm). Additionally, you can literally get locked inside at 9:01pm and unless you block the entrance until the gate closes behind you it is extremely easy to enter without a code. Overall I'm satisfied with my rented unit.
