And as it turned out, going directly to the location webpage for where I wanted to rent had the earliest move in with the same price as the aggregator "special" terms with all the same perks. - It was advertised a free truck rental with renting a unit so I reserved a unit. I called to confirm my reservation with them and had to cancel it because the man stated it would be more convenient for them if we waited until the morning. Well I had to move into a unit the day of my reservation and ended up having to cancel because they would not rent to me the truck until the morning due to the rental being an inconvenience for them.

- The front desk clerk was very helpful and courteous to us. The storage was exactly the size we needed, we were able to fit everything we needed to. The only thing I will say is the price you advertise was not the price I paid, so I was a little disappointed in that. As well as the security gate code box should be on the drivers side leaving the gate and should be able to be reached from within your car coming in the gate. Other than that I am very satisfied!
