- I picked this location because of the 3 months for 1/2 price online deal. I was impressed with Leo who I spoke with on the phone a couple of times and who also checked me in along with another guy. They were both extremely friendly and helpful. My unit is upstairs inside and I had forgotten how hot it gets in storage buildings. It looks like the entire place is either still under construction or getting a major remodel. I don't remember having to purchase insurance at other storage facilities like I did here. Over all, so far so good.
