I travel and really appreciate him going above and beyond notifying me of what is going on with my unit and my account as needed. Recently, with all the trouble going on Gary was very patient with us as we were very frustrated. It is because of him we decided to remain renting at PS rather than move and relocate our belongings to a competitor's location. Gary is friendly, informative and most of all proactive which is greatly appreciated!!
