- Grace, who took my phone call, was very friendly, patient, helpful. The front desk clerk, Edgard, was like family from the first call. The first time I dropped off my things, I got lost a bit. Edgard was right there to help me find my way. What would have made my experience even better, is if we didn't have to ensure the space we rent. Also, if I had a space on the outside. Finally, the last thing would be if the renting started at as short as two weeks. I only needed my space for 5 days. I know that's a matter of policy, but hopefully they will give some thought to the suggestion.

- They have incredible response time when you apply and they work with you on your dates and they understand if you can’t do something immediately regarding financially getting it done they will hold your spot to a point and they make you feel like everything‘s gonna be OK, especially during strenuous times because most times and not a storage is usually being done because something is gone Awry. I really had a nice interaction with the site manager to include the 877 people who were phenomenal by the way.

- I signed up for my unit on Tuesday afternoon but still needed to complete the final steps. I asked if he would be there the next mirning he said Yes. The following morning I showed up. The office was locked, there was no answer on the phone. I left 4 messages during the following hour. I went to my unit. It was sealed and there was no access and no lock and key. Finally I get a call from a neighboring facility saying the manager had called in and she would be there to help in the afternoon. She then told me how to break the seal and gain access to the lock and key on the floor of the unit. It would have been helpful if facility manager would had told me that the day before, but he said he would be there in the morning. I understand why he didn’t take me to the unit and show me this because I needed to be somewhere and was in a rush. But he could have told me the process. Very frustrating move in day

- I had great customer service once I went to the storage site. Actually the phone support was great too. However the online forms completion process is a complete waste of time, just go to the storage site to fill out the paperwork. The online paperwork process has many issues. After spending 30 minutes on the phone asking for support to completing the online forms, the support person had me call the storage site for assistance. 30 minutes later, I so frustrated that I wanted to take my business elsewhere. But there is no other storage facility that works for me. So I went to the storage site to complete the paperwork-much easier.
