- I've had to use various storage units in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area and this one is by far my favorite. Dave at the office is very helpful and friendly and the facility is clean, air-conditioned, well-lit and accessible. There are carts to move your belongings from your vehicle to the unit inside the climate controlled building. I always felt safe and comfortable. I've been to facilities that were way too large and thus felt nervous navigating through long dark hallways. This Public Storage place was just the right size for us and will be the only one we will be using in the future. Thanks Dave for all of your helpful advice!
