The location in a former multilevel parking garage presents some issues with getting big trucks in and loading/unloading without blocking access. They recently had to take out some of the lighting so the units are a little dark.

- Very clean facility, pricing is also very competitive. location is close but not too close to everything. very secure feeling. wasn't real impressed when i went to sign my paperwork and take possession with the assistant manager.... The office had an open sign up, and a sign stating if no one was in the office to call a number for help. about 15 minutes after they were supposed to be open, the assistant manager showed up like she had just woke up. none of my pre-filled out reservation info was available so i had to fill it out again. it took almost 40 minutes to get the unit paperwork signed and be granted access. i had spoken with the manager a few times and he seemed on top of things and with it. overall, i am satisfied with what i got and what i'm paying
