- We requested to move in a couple of days early, on Saturday. My wife did the paperwork and I was sent the details of the unit we rented. It was the wrong unit, with someone elseﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s lock on it. Our was next door. No problem, until we opened the door and saw the 10x10ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ unit wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even close to that size. It was just under 73 square feet. Manager didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t respond when we knocked on the door of the office. Finally got the manager to call us the following Monday. She listened, and did her best to quickly make it right with us. We moved to a 10x20 unit, satisfied with the new situation.
