- I receives an email after 3 months of having a storage unit that my rates were being raised due to demand. Upon looking online, there are multiple units of the same size, on better floors, for less than what my rates have been raised to. In addition to the safety issue of having to get out of your vehicle to enter the code, when I went to try and remove the last of my items from the unit, the only entrance door was jammed shut and there was no available contact to open it, after it had been stuck open all day.

- I've been a part of this company prior to the change - was Extra Space then Life now going back to Extra Space - I was paying $139.00 for a 10 x 10 - recently I receive an increase from $139.00 to $197.00 an increase of $58.00, when I complained they lowered it to $173.80 which is still an increase of $34.80. Not sure why mine was increased so much? I'm very disappointed in this place and how a loyal customer is treated. $139.00 to $197.00 then to $173.80 for a 10 x 10 on the second floor - That's alot for an increase.

- I was unhappy to find out that the "first month free" only pertains to renting on the first of the month. I should get a whole month free and then my 2nd month should be prorated. I rented in 5/13 so therefore that is not a whole month free. I will be charged the full amount on 6/1/23 :(
