- Jake was most helpful and did everything he could to try to get us a special price! We already had 1 unti but needed another so i went in and Jake quickly got the 2nd unit on my original units account so i didn't have to start from scratch. It was something I could not do online. The only bummer was the company was running a special for customers who already had a unit and wanted another one ( like me) but it didn't begin until July 7th and we needed the unit July 4th. It would have been great if as a returning customer we would have been able to get that special on the 4th when we needed it.

- 1. The storage facility they need to be more descriptive that there is no office at the Manhattan location. 2. They also need to be more specific that insurance needs to be purchased and needs to be paid every month and it's not optional. 3. They also need to inform customers that are renting a unit from them that if it is a drive-up unit which is the unit that I placed on reservation that they need to buy a ball and at this facility is in particular location they need to put that in writing some people are on a fixed income and can't afford all of this.
