- As soon as I walked up Tyler opened the door for me and greeting me with the biggest smile told me that he was with another customer and he would be right with me. Great customer service!! When it was time he explained everything in detail, showed me my unit then showed me how to use the gate. I noticed the store , my unit and bathroom was very clean. You guys have a superb employee there with a great personality. He made my first time renting very easy for me .. I would highly recommend this location.

- My move-in went smoothly. The unit was clean, but the rust on the metal cladding on either side of the overhead door looks to have eaten through the fasteners attaching the siding to the structure. There are a number of openings that would allow vermin to enter the unit. Hopefully since it's a locked and covered car in the unit it won't be of any interest to them, but I'm concerned that they can easily come in and nest in the sheltered area. The manager of the unit was very friendly and helpful, and her instructions on where to find the unit and how to enter/exit were clear and easy to follow.

- David the on-site manager made the closing tasks a breeze. He answered my questions and resolved any issues. The only problem is with your app catching up. When I tried to set up my account it didn’t recognize my information. I had no problem with my pin working to let me enter my space so something is amiss with your software. Otherwise I am very happy with the experience. One other issue: tenants need to follow the directions on in and out and not blocking driving lanes.
