- Hi, I showed up to rent my unit right at opening time. The woman that helped me, was on the phone dealing with out of state problems at another facility. She acknowledged me as i sat down. I was not in a big hurry so i didnt mind the wait. When she finished on the phone ,she said she was sorry for the delay. Very friendly. It took us about 15 minutes to do the paperwork and another 10 minutes for the tour of the unit. I was very happy with her professionalism. I would highly recommend this facility for storage rental. We were short term renters and have already checked out. That process was just as easy as the move in. I recieved my deposit back and am very satisfied. Thank you Tom alden

- The security is absolutely terrible! The gate is torn down on the Delridge side, which is a bad neighborhood. The door to the building literally opens by pushing it with one finger. There is a 2 inch gap between the double doors. If I had to guess someone hit the door with a truck to bust it open. Just by looking at the door you can tell it isn't secure. During my walk through with the wonderful sales person she stood in front of the door so I couldn't see it. I really loved the woman who sold me the unit and truthfully she is the reason I purchased. I put in my code on the door incorrectly and it just pushed open, seriously with one finger. This is how I know, I told the woman who was there sweeping, she agreed and said she would tell someone. The thing is she didn't at all seem surprised or shocked. It was clear that this has been an issue for a while. There are not cameras inside the building. It's clear people might be living here as well, it smelled like urine inside near my unit.
