I rented a 10x10 unit on one day and my situation changed the next day so I no longer needed the unit and notified Josh. Although Public Storage has a no refund policy clearly outlined in the lease contract, Josh was able to work with his district manager to give me a full refund. As a disabled veteran, I really appreciated Josh's effort and follow-through in getting me the refund. I highly recommend this facility and would have no hesitation in renting from Public Storage in the future.
