- The unit was super clean along with the entire storage facility. However it was so hard to find the actual unit. There was no maps of the layout of the building. There was very minimal rolling carts. I went to the front office for help and there was a virtual screen. Did not like that there was not an actual person to talk to. I was scared I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t move in correctly and donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have actual help.

- Troy at extra space storage had great customer service, very easy to talk to on the phone, easy set up of lease and payment. now that I am moved into my unit I must add how astounding the place is! My unit was squeeky clean upon arrival, the doors that lead to the interior actually have a hook on them so no need to worry about having to try to hold it/prop it open and the floors in the place have this supper smooth concrete finish which allows for easy sliding of boxes and totes but no need to even slide your stuff they have carts available for you to use in each section. Not to include my unit is $50 cheaper then my last one and 4 square feet bigger. 10/10 would recommend.
