- I needed a LARGE STORAGE LOCKER IMMEDIATELY, because my two BR apartment at SKYLINE TOWERS had flooded. Plumbers and air dyers were throughout my unit. I needed to salvage everything that wasn’t damaged. My apartment was 1400 square feet. I described my urgency to Mr. Minor, and he spent precious time with me, a 76 year old Senior who lives alone. I highly recommend that Jesse Minor receive a monetary bonus.

- I was actually pretty upset about the service I received with Fort Knox. I'd made my reservation online and was told by phone as I confirmed my reservation that I qualified for a special offer with Fort Knox and would also receive my AAA discount. Upon moving into the unit I was informed that was not the case and that the manager would contact me to discuss my complaint. He did not. While I was asking questions about the agreement, the employee that day was rude enough to inform me that he needed to hurry up with my paper work because he is off at 4pm and isn't paid overtime. Then, I want even given the Fort Knox special they'd promised me and had to contact them again for a correction! If I didn't hate moving so much I would have taken my things and gone elsewhere already.

- I have friends and family who have rented at this Public Storage for years and I know the property well. I have seen the help that Rob provides people and this time I was on the receiving end. He makes renting so streamlined and easy for customers and is always willing to give extra help when possible. I feel safe at the property and I know my way around well. It's not always easy to find helpful sales people in northern Virginia due to the fact that there are so many people everywhere you go, but this Public Storage facility is a reminder that individual managers can and do make a difference in a storage rental decision. I'll probably rent here for quite awhile.

- Aida was pleasant. The storage facility has lots of cameras and is clean and safe. While it says the 1st month is free, I was charged $57 because of the Administrative fee, insurance and my lock and keys. Overall, pleased with the facility and will continue using them for all of my storing needs
