- I have been a customer of Pantops Storage for 5 years and never missed a payment. This past year (2020) has been extremely hard for all and myself. My monthly funds don’t usually hit my bank account until the 2nd or 3rd of the month. I asked previous management to please not withdraw from my account until the 2nd or 3rd of the month. I have continually been accosted by your billing, continually blowing my bank account up trying to get their money. I was able to work with past management to help this situation and appreciated this very much. I am sad to say, this constantly happens with the management now. All I’m asking is please don’t draw from my account until the 3rd of the month when my funds are sure to be there. I am a long standing customer and would very much appreciate your understanding.
