- On Google it states you guys are open Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, on your door it says the same thing, but there is a hand written note that says Thursdays you are closed. The day before(Wednesday) I showed up about 10-12 minutes before 6 and the lights were already out and doors were locked. So I decided to drive the 42 minutes back the next morning to see that you guys were closed (I didn't notice the hand written note) once I got into the gate I found that my unit didn't exist. Customer service was not aware that the units across the street were yours. There are no indicators which units are in which section, so I drive into two different gates to find my unit (also there is no driveway so your car is in the street while you have to get out and type in your password and wait for the gate to open). Once I found my unit and opened it there was a thin layer of dirt and some garbage left by the previous tenant.

- My first unit was good, I could open the door easily, but it was too small so I moved to a bigger unit, It had a damage door that the manager had to push back into the rails to open, The units are old and not well kept except for sweeping out, The roads through the units are skinny and difficult for a rental truck to get through, My new Unit is a 24 hour which is good but I can't pull up in front of the unit to empty my vehicle until after nine Pm and then can't see very well inside of the unit, For the price compared to other Storage Rentals it is good, I got a storage at extra space storage and they are very well kept up, but their price was are a bit higher,,,,

- Have rented multiple times. My only concern with the most recent, i received paperwork with my sig? Paperwork I did not receive previously or sign.. I appreciate the security and friendliness of commerce staff. What I DON'T APPRECIATE IS someone signing documents with my signature that I had not received or signed... This worries me... A great deal. The docs came from a location, NOT where I'm renting. The docs on file for Dec 2023 are falsified, the sig IS NOT BY ME.
