- The online set up was good, everything I needed to know and do. The doors could be labeled more prominently, hard to see from car. The gate to drive out either doesn't have a sensor or it wasn't working. Happened that I was there during the cold winter week with my toddler who had use a bathroom. I had to get out of my car, walk carefully over a slope of ice, out the unlocked pedestrian gate (security?), type the code in the entrance keypad, hurry back to my car where my child was bawling and drive quickly to find a restroom. The door that says knock if help needed, no one answered. The large patch of ice was unavoidable to get to the keypad. No sand or salt on it. Customer service hours end way too early. My husband has to go twice to drop off the lock that was due back so quickly or they charge but they don't have a Dropbox for afterhours. If this a family run business, they need to consider hiring extra help.

- This place is not just a storage facility. It is my get away!! I was so desperate to find a small work space for my small gift basket company when we sold our home. I needed something really clean with cool temperature and very secure. I found Ideal Self Storage and it was a perfect match. I look forward to leaving the house and working in my "office space". I am extremely grateful for the young lady that works in the office as well. She was so helpful and was so patient with me when trying to decide what size I needed.
