- We checked in with Ashley in the office, did paperwork, set our gate code and started unloading our truck. The office was closing but Ashley stayed if we had any issues to knock on the office door and the evening manager could assist. When we started to leave, our code would not open the gate. We knocked on the door and saw someone inside look through the window at us numerous times but no one ever came to the door. We finally had to contact the toll free number to get a customer service rep to give us a working code. Why is the night manager onsite if not to assist customers? It was frustrating to wait for 20 minutes in the rain in order to get out of the gate.
