- Carian, the lady in the office that helped me was absolutely delightful! She was very congenial from beginning to end...very human, very competent, and very nice. Her explanations of the units, locks, terms of rental, access times and office times were exact, concise, complete, and very easy to understand. She also explained to me the products they had in the office (which were less expensive than anywhere else I had been), She explained the price of the unit I wanted, which was less than I was already paying to another company by more than half the cost. When I moved from the unit I had elsewhere to this one, I met a gentleman who was kind enough to move his truck so my movers could get in, and then he came down and spoke with me for about 20 minutes. He said he had been renting there for about 8 years. He said the place was very safe and nothing ever happened there. He said the locks were sound, and impossible to break into. He said the units we were in were steel all around, and rodents had a very difficult time getting into to them. Also, I asked and Carian referred me to the movers, who moved me for less than half the cost of the movers who moved me into my first unit at the other place. This was the finest morning I have had in months!!! I have nothing but good to say about this place!

- We have used other storage facilities in the past and I cannot say enough good about this Advantage Storage in Rowlett. Thomas, Property Manager, was very helpful. He made sure we knew exactly what we were signing on the contract, how the property is laid out, how to get in and out of the property properly, rules we needed to follow and how to reach him if we had any questions. He also introduced us to Denisha his Assistant Manager and she was very friendly as well. They both made us feel very important. The property is extremely clean and we feel safe here.
