She didn't discuss the cost of the lock or whether using it was optional or not. I saw the charge after I paid for my move-in and an additional month. The extra charge should have been disclosed before I paid.

- Staff is very friendly and accommodating, Monica and Connie are great. Facilities are as expected and clean, ready for use. Prices are decent, although when doing research/comparing be prepared to buy insurance and the lock (not very expensive but still worth noting). The only downside is that this is a smaller property so if using moving trucks it can be difficult with too many there at once. Access to units has great hours.

I needed a large space for household items, a place to keep my car, and a climate controlled unit for personal items that canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t stand this South Texas heat. Public Storage met all my needs for storage space at an affordable rate. Customer service gives a lot of info at rental and was very helpful. Units are numbered in a confusing manner, but customer service rep answered all my questions & got me to the right units. The property is clean and well maintained. *Administrative fees of $29 on every rental is steep and could probably be cut in half when subsequent units leased. (Suggestion)
