- To "sign up and move in" I had to show up to sign a contract, of course. However, all she did was ask me a few questions, fill in a form on her computer that I could see, and handed me a contract that was already "virtually signed" by me. I never got to review the contract. Also, this was the only place that had to have my drivers license number and the last four of my social security number. After that, moving in was smooth. Clean place, elevators worked, not very high expectations, I guess.
