- Spoke with a company call sparefoot told me to go look and speak with manager before taking. Got there nobody around . Had to call again and found out the first guy did not work for Sparebox . In the middle of this all I had to call 4 or 5 more times . Told them I wanted a covered Driveable RV spot . Gave me a price then the lot number . Went to look and could not find . They gave me a 4 disgust number and it was only a two digit spot . Wasted 45 minutes looking. Took Rv down will not fit in spot . To short . Had to call again and get another spot and a raised price . Also the north gate was open all weekend long . Not very secure.

- Rented online, contactless. Paid in full. Loaded up a trailer and truck. Arrived at unit, and... Unit I rented was occupied and locked up. Waited on the phone for 40 minutes to be switched to a smaller unit when the one right beside the original one rented was clearly vacant and unlocked? Made no sense? Contactless is nice, but pointless if nothing is as rented online. Smaller unit had no lock on it but had someone else's stuff already in it? Unit was nasty dirty. Besides moving out someone's stuff, I had to sweep out sand and leaves before moving in. There is a light in there, which is nice, but... With a 1" piece of string to turn it on? No way to reach the string unless you have a 6 foot ladder?

- Hello everyone yes this is a great place to store your stuff. I had a storage room a 10 x 10 that I had for over 6 months. The price was great I think it was $59 a month. Yes the price is great and has good gate with a big camera at the gate (it does not work) and the fence well if you go around back you will see where it doesn't go down to the ground and I do believe people can crawl underneath the fence very easily. Well to make this short on Memorial Day weekend I was told there was a minimum of 10 UNITS BROKEN INTO the thieves took over half of what was in my unit two 50" TVs camping equipment a bunch of stuff. I talked to another couple that was out there and they lost a washer and dryer. This was not a cut the fence and come in and steal a little bit this was an inside job I think. Whoever the thieves were they had a code to get into the gate they had a pickup and possibly a trailer cuz they were there for a long time. Okay I'm going to stop now cuz I think I'm getting mad in short if you want to lose everything you have rent a storage unit from this place. You know I even made a report to the police the sad part is management wouldn't even talk to me.
