- We have been renters here for 2 years. They entice you with a competitive price, but then start raising the rent regularly. At one time I had 5 units. We got down to 3 and they started raising rent on those three. On my outdoor unit, they raised the rent 2 times in less than a year. It started at $159 mth. It then went to $169 mth. They just sent notice after 6 months that it is being raised to $199 mth. That is a 15% increase. They seem to want to bilk their longest and best customers. There is NO customer loyalty here at all. Complaints to management fall on deaf ears. It almost appears as a kind of ﾃ｢竄ｬﾅ澱ait and switchﾃ｢竄ｬﾂ捐peration.They seem to lure you in with an attractive price and then start raising the rent once you are there for a few months. They are definitely taking advantage of their best customers. Steer clear of this company! Bad News!

Management followed up the next day just to make sure I didn’t need anything or have any questions.
