- Unfortunately, we have had a very hard time getting anyone from the office to call us back when we need help. We call the number and get a central office and leave a message but the local office will not call us back. We have called several times and the central office says they will call the local office (and I do believe that they did call them) Just no communication with us. Other than that it has been an okay experience. When we were given the facility map it didn't show another space in front of us so we parked our box trailer as if it were a pull through. After the first month a boat appeared in front of us within an inch of our hitch. Now we are unable to get our box trailer out. I have contacted the main office several times and can not get a call back as to how I can get my box trailer out. We are moving in a couple of days and we need our box trailer. And just for reference, I still have the facility map that was given to me that shows there is not a parking spot in front of us. Then lines on the pavement are nonexistent. I really don't have a complaint other than I want to get my box trailer out. As far as the facility goes, it has been a good place to park. Next time I will be park the other way. Thank you.
