Then the gate code we were given did not quickly either get inputted into the system, or the computer took too long to update gate codes so we had to go back to the virtual agent and got a temp code. It took until the next day for the original gate code work. It would be wise to make it faster. The virtual agent was VERY pleasant to deal with.

I was supposed to been contacted back with a new code but never was so I am still using the emergency code when I got to get in there. Price is a little high after the promotion runs out compared to others I've seen but facility is clean and taking care of it and is in a convenient location!
