- Previewed the facility before storing. Hayley, the manager, was very helpful in suggesting what size facility needed. The facility was very clean and security cameras were all around the areas. Carts were provided at the openings which was very helpful. All round good experience.

- I've used this storage facility now for 2 years. I have an indoor unit but for a short time also had an outside unit. Compared to the prices of other local storage units in Charleston this one is the cheapest but that also comes with a few problems. The AC on my storage controlled unit has not worked properly several times over the years. Also I can't remember a time when the automatic doors on the inside units worked properly. You have to manually pull them open. The ceiling in my outside unit also had some water damage but luckily I was only storing things in that unit that could not be damaged. The front security gates seem to work and be locked most of the time. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 3 because I do like the staff here. They have always been very nice and helpful and I realize they are not in a position since this is a corporate company to always fix things on their own.

The rates and specials are awesome enough that anyone can afford to give them a try. Please NOTE the promotions require you to pay the promo duration upfront. The call center is friendly but slightly causes confusion with communication to site location. Overall the pros exceed the cons and GM definitely sealed the deal for me. -more lights at nice for late movers -bigger trash bin... it's always full nice security! -you need wi-fi for business clients very important especially when you can't get service in the building

- I reserved my unit, online, which seemed to give me a discount! I arrived around 1:30 in the afternoon, along with many others, it appeared. Yolanda handled all of us individually and expertly, even taking the time to show us the unit first. I liked the fact that she had already seen the reservation I had made, in spite of being so busy, and said, "You must be Angela.",when I said I had just made a reservation. When I bought a lock from her, she cut open on the spot and show me how to use it. She had me practice first before fully giving it to me. (Thank goodness!) My unit was so clean,I could have eaten off the floor. It looked like I was the very first person to have used it. I highly recommend this location. Look for Walgreens and Starbucks on 17 before you get to 526.
