- I haven’t rented a storage unit in some time. I wish they had explained the $20 lock purchase better. Also they give you a gate code but it’s a building door code. I wish there was an actual gate as there have been people just sitting in their parked vehicles each time I’ve been there. Unsure of the security inside but security outside appears lacking.

The unit was clean and spacious and plenty of dollies are available for easy unloading/loading at multiple points around the building. Pricing is good. - I came to Tower Mill Self storage after searching for good rate online. Theirs was the best for what I needed. I made my reservation and came into the office on my move in date. The set up is a little confusing as the leasing office is inside Amaral Realty office. Once inside though the agent/receptionist was very friendly and the process was incredibly easy and seamless. Everything was straightforward. I was shown to the storage area (you have to drive down and around to the back of the building) but my escort made sure my code worked and made sure my storage unit door worked as well. The facility I think is pretty new so everything is PRISTINE and clean. The facility also happens to be very close to my new apt so the location coupled with the pricing made this a no brainer for me. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others who may be looking!
