- Additionally, I was at the facility without code to get in to initial code on temp lock with movers on way and with no one at facility it was impossible to get through your phone line. As truck drove in I finally got a person to speak with (took 45 minutes)
Signage outside or buildings and within buildings is non existent to find storage only option is to walk all over and look - Add signs with storage numbers and arrows

- Great communication, prices and options. I would give 4.5 stars. My only criticism is that the particular unit had a pillar running through it that was substantial - 2.5-3’ square - which is a bit cheeky to still advertise as 11x5 if there is 6.25-9 feet that is blocked out. Staff was pleasant and offered to find another unit, but due to timing I went ahead and fortunately made it work with a bit of maneuvering. Good location and access. Would recommend.

- We ordered the unit online. They sent us the gate code, unit number and left us a lock. Being able to open the gate with a mobile app was a nice touch.

- Super fast! We got access same day. Benefits of being able to enter 24 hours a day makes it incredibly convenient. Secure location off any major roads. Customer service over phone and in person were excellent! We were able to rent the box truck for only $20 for a full day to move bulk items. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Find a Storage Unit For Rent Near You
Finding and renting trusted self-storage facilities in Richboro, Pennsylvania is now easier through MoversCorp. Compare options and rent storage near you with just a few clicks. We provide the convenience of reserving affordable storage units online or by phone. No credit card or long-term contract is required. Consider us as your solution for finding and reserving a storage facility throughout Pennsylvania, including options for mini storage units and storage containers to suit a variety of needs. The cheapest storage unit in your area may not always be the best choice. Please consider the following factors when selecting a storage unit in Richboro, Pennsylvania.
- Monthly rates are based on features such as 24/7 access, climate control, facility security, location, and overall demand in your area.
- For household goods, the most common storage unit sizes are 5x5, 5x10, 10x10, and 10X15. For added flexibility, some companies also offer portable mini storage units for rent for temporary residential use that can be delivered to your property or hauled by you for on-site storage.
- Many facilities offer larger unit sizes for commercial and business storage, like 10x20 or 10x30. These sizes are ideal for storing office equipment, inventory, or business records. These sizes can also accommodate vehicles, making them a great option for car storage.
- Most storage facilities require insurance for stored items. If you don’t have your own policy, you may need to buy one through the facility, adding about $15 to $50 to your storage rental cost each month. Some places also charge a refundable deposit or an administrative fee when you move in. Always ask about these costs and refund conditions before signing a lease.
- Storage facilities with flexible leases allow you to rent on a month-to-month basis. Be aware that storage unit price increases are common. Many customers say their rates go up after a few months, sometimes more than once a year. Since storage rentals are month-to-month, facilities can raise prices with proper notice. Ask about potential rate increases before committing to a unit.
- The monthly rent will also depend on whether a facility offers climate-controlled units or only drive-up units. Climate-controlled units cost more than drive-up units or storage containers.
- Most locations have digital keypad access, which provides you with your personal access code. Check with the office for availability.
- Consider drive-up access for easier loading and unloading, especially for heavy or bulky items.
- Some facilities may provide extra room or rental space for public use, such as areas for organizing or handling your stored items. Contact the property manager to confirm availability.
- Check for online reviews and recommendations. Local experts can guide renters to facilities that stay available and maintain reliable service during peak demand.
- Ask the office about the preventive security measures for safeguarding the location. Facilities with experienced staff often maintain stronger daily oversight by monitoring access logs and responding quickly to tenant concerns.
Are there free storage deals in Richboro, Pennsylvania?
Many companies offer promotions for new customers, such as a free first month. Search by your zip code or distance to locate cheap storage units that come with the first month free and other decent storage discounts. Take advantage of specials if you're a first-time renter.
How do I find the cheapest storage in Richboro?
You can sort by price, from low to high, to find affordable options on our website. Away from the city center, you have a better chance of finding inexpensive storage rental solutions. The facility's size and amenities affect the monthly price.
What is the difference between an indoor and outdoor unit?
You have easy access to your unit when it is an outdoor unit. If the unit is indoors, you must first enter the building to get to it.
What is the difference between office hours and gate hours?
The property's operating hours are during office hours. The store manager will be on duty to help you with your questions. If you have questions or need help outside these hours, look up the property's phone number to contact the leasing office directly. The gate hours determine when you can enter the property and use your unit.
Richboro is in Northampton Township, Bucks County, which has steady demand for storage because it is close to both Trenton and Philadelphia. Units near Bustleton Pike and Almshouse Road are popular because they provide easy access to commuter routes leading to I-95 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
Demand is higher around neighborhoods near Council Rock High School North and along Second Street Pike, where residential density increases competition for units. Rates are usually lower in areas near Churchville and Holland, where population density decreases.
In the Delaware Valley, summer humidity in Richboro can rise above 75%, so climate-controlled units are valuable for protecting furniture and documents from warping and mold. Many renters in Bucks County store seasonal equipment such as snowblowers in the winter and lawn gear in the summer, so medium-sized units are popular.
Residents in Northampton Township note that storage units near dense neighborhoods such as Holland and Churchville fill quickly in the summer, when many families relocate within Bucks County. Units farther south toward Southampton usually remain available, which makes them a practical option if Richboro facilities fill up.
