- I checked out and payed the unit a week before moving my things in. I specifically made them aware of my move in date coming from a 3 hr drive from ny. When i arrived all drive ways whereoff limits I couldn’t access no entry ways due to construction. So i payed movers and uhaul fees due to this and had to wait til the next day with the U-Haul truck still loaded to drive 1.5 hr ti their nearest store to accommodate me. I lost so much time and money. Then the next location was on a second floor and the entry way was much higher than the truck. With no ramp or easy way to transport the heavy furniture. Everything had to be lifted manually out of the truck over 3 ft to reach the entry way. Never again. Im so disappointed. No one even cared to reach out to me about all the inconveniences

- This is a completely indoor storage facility. Sounds great. But when u realize u have to load everything from your house twice (once onto the truck and another time onto the facility moving buggy, then get on an elevator before u unload in your unit) u realize it is not worth it!! The price is comparable to other places in the area. You use a card key to get in and out and onto your floor (in theory). Although it is only day 3 of our lease and already the key didn't work... Which means we will now have to load our stuff four times before it gets into our unit... Not too thrilled.

- The Customer Service person was extremely rude, she even closed the gate doors on my help as we were driving in gates. She wouldn't listen to anything I was saying, keep asking same questions over again. Walked away from me as I was speaking, and even left the room without notifying me. All she was worried about was eating, and when the store closed. Because she wanted to leave. I'm stuck with this company for this month, but I will be looking for another storage place as well. Horrible horrible horrible. That's all I can honestly say.

- I wasn't sure about the drive to Bath, but I'm glad I went. I love that I have 24 hour access because I have a crazy schedule. I love that they give you access to free WiFi and a space to do open my computer and do work because I have to be mobile for work. I would recommend it to anyone. It was quick and easy to sign up, very clean, accessible from the front or back of the building. All around a great spot. They gave me big city service and affordable rate.
