- I was not aware when I called sparefoot that this was not actually the facility. The person I spoke to did not have the correct information. If yo want to get the info right call the actual facility. That said, the place is fabulous! Cindy is the bomb and Tina was super great as well. I came from Storage sense on Armandhammer Blvd and they are AWFUL!!! Stay away!The place is filthy and full of mice and the "Manager Mark " could care less. He is not helpful and his customer service skills are horrible. Come to Budget and you won't regret it!

- The Customer Service person was extremely rude, she even closed the gate doors on my help as we were driving in gates. She wouldn't listen to anything I was saying, keep asking same questions over again. Walked away from me as I was speaking, and even left the room without notifying me. All she was worried about was eating, and when the store closed. Because she wanted to leave. I'm stuck with this company for this month, but I will be looking for another storage place as well. Horrible horrible horrible. That's all I can honestly say.
