- I looked at a few places and they were the only one that had the size I needed. But the ceiling of our unit has the insulation hanging out. Dude at the counter said I would not be charged. The coupon promotion they had did not apply because of it being the last one. Dont advertise the coupon if you are not going to give it to me. I wish the were open longer. The gate should close at 12am instead of 9 for those that dont get off until late. Office guy was a little rude. Lock was way too expensive and they madee buy it even though I had my own.

- I have only dealt with Yvonne by phone, but she was great! Very personable and went out of her way to make sure I got the size unit I needed. Since I was doing this all by phone ( I live in San Diego), I wasn't able to actually see my unit until I pulled up with a full truck - and if you have units # 1-4, you have to go through a very narrow fence - our sofa was a major struggle to get through this. You have to go up a few steps from the road, but Yvonne was great explaining all of that up front. They by far have the best prices in town, and like I said customer service is very accommodating. The place is clean and well maintained. I would not hesitate to use them again!
